Minore Law represents businesses of all sizes in a variety of industries, including those in the construction industry. The breadth of our law practice spans from commercial litigation matters in the Arizona trial and appellate courts, to general corporate matters and pre-litigation disputes concerning contracts, construction, real estate, collections and business dealings generally. We also assist clients in regulatory and compliance matters.
Principal Attorney Dominica J. Minore is an experienced litigator who both pursues and defends claims for clients in the Arizona State and Federal District Courts, as well as in Arizona’s appellate courts. Her litigation experience provides her with a unique perspective in drafting and reviewing business contracts to understand the risks, benefits and practicality of contract terms in a variety of contexts, such as for construction and real estate industry owners and contractors, partnerships, corporations and LLC’s. She also advises clients on general business and compliance issues to assist them in running their businesses, often acting as outside general counsel.
Ms. Minore is an active member of the Executive Council of the Arizona State Bar’s Construction Section, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ Industry Advisory Council, the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry. She is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
Ms. Minore’s community endeavors enrich her perspective. She is a long-time volunteer at Liberty Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, where she works as a team leader of the owl rehabilitation team and an education team member. She also has been a Registered Yoga Teacher since 2000. She also is a long-time member of REACT Defense Tactical Black Krav Maga in Phoenix, Arizona and has attained her Brown Belt.
