Helene Fenlon has been a respected member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1990. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska, and grew up in Syracuse, New York. She has lived and worked in Arizona for more than 25 years. Her areas of expertise include: probate and trust litigation; contested conservatorships and guardianships; probate and trust administration; ancillary administration; alternative dispute resolution; state and federal litigation and appeals.
Juliet Peters is the founding partner of Framework Legal, PLLC. After a successful first career in journalism, Juliet went to law school at ASU graduating Cum Laude in 1998. She has had a diverse law career including litigating corporate disputes at a big firm, working in-house for a local franchise company, running a public law division of the Attorney General’s office, and finally establishing her own practice. Juliet’s practice includes all aspects of business sales/purchase and corporate transactional work, including start-up, business exit planning, wind-down, franchise consulting, employee issues, and more.
